Karan Johar shares how Shah Rukh Khan supported him in embracing his sexuality
Karan Johar has revealed how Shah Rukh Khan supported him when he was teased about his sexuality. In his memoir, ‘A Suitable Boy’, Johar shared that Khan, who comes from a progressive background, was the one who accepted him and didn’t make him feel lesser. Johar said that his parents couldn’t understand his feminine side and would laugh or make fun of him. As he grew older, people became quieter about it, but he could still sense when there was gossip about him. Khan was the first person who made Johar feel supported and accepted. Johar is now a father to two children through surrogacy.
