Akshay Kumar to star in ‘Sky Force’ as Jio Studios and Maddock Films join forces

Jio Studios and Maddock Films have announced their upcoming film, ‘Sky Force’, starring Akshay Kumar. The film is set to release on October 2, 2024.

‘Sky Force’ is a true story set during the tenure of former Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. It captures the bravery and patriotism of the men in uniform involved in India’s first and deadliest airstrike against Pakistan. The film will showcase their courage and determination against all odds.

Veer Pahariya, a promising young talent, will make his debut with a pivotal role in the film. This reflects Jio Studios’ and Maddock Films’ commitment to nurturing newcomers.

The film is being produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande. Sandeep Kelwani and Abhishek Kapur will co-direct the project, while Amar Kaushik will creatively produce it. Their collaboration promises a visually stunning and emotionally charged film that will deeply resonate with audiences.
